Early 19th Century mahogany reading / side table, having a lift up adjustable reading slope, pull out candle slides to each side, the front of the table is a single drawer with a fitted interior, having the original brass turned and engraved handles, supported on elegant square tapered legs with brass cap and castors. Circa 1830.
