A fabulous pair of large 1940s Maison Jansen style sofas.
Crafted from hand carved wood with caned seats – they are both in fantastic condition. Please take a look at all our photographs to see the detail and craftmanship. The cane is sound with no breaks or sags. The intricate wood carving is just gorgeous.
They are extremely comfortable and will look very stylish in a large reception room, or conservatory. Alternatively a hotel lobby or lounge.
Beautiful French antiques in lovely condition and it’s very unusual to find a pair.
For re-upholstery. We have the original three cushions for the seats, they need recovering or can be used as templates for completely new pads. Please get in touch if you’d like more information.
