Rare, very elegant and fine neoclassical Biedermeier dressing table or Pondreuse, from southern Germany around 1830
Walnut veneered on softwood and walnut solid wood. Mirror can be raised in the middle and can be folded out at the sides.
Five small drawers. Conical square pointed legs. Restored and hand polished with shellac.
6 original brass knobs and hinges. Ebonized hash key escutcheons. Iron lock and key.
