This unique Biedermeier chess table comes from Southern Germany and dates back to around 1820-30. The round table has a central column and a pretty walnut veneer. The top is decorated with an inlaid chess board, made of plum and maple wood veneer. Additionally, it has four inlaid star decors. This beautiful piece comes expertly restored and has a shellac hand polish finish.
