Antique Chinese Foo Dog Guardian Lion Incense Burners – a Pair

A remarkable pair of late Qing Dynasty (1636-1912) Chinese glazed ceramic incense burners, figural, modeled as seated foo dog guardian lions with integral incense holder on back, on architectural style plinth base, each bearing partial remnants of wax export seal, indicating they are authentic and were legally exported.

Good original unrestored antique condition with beautifully aged warm rich dark patina and heavy buildup commensurate with age and use. We have not thoroughly cleaned them to retain as much original patina, antique character and charm as possible.
