Lovely pair of Chinese elm side table cabinets with oversized brass butterfly doors A very good looking well made and decorative pair, the finish is exquisite, they look expensive, important and sophisticated from every angle and bring a touch of colour to a room The back plates to the handles are oversized butterfly’s, they are very decorative They have been deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished, there may be the odd tiny little transport or patina mark here or there but mostly they are in very very fine order Dimensions Height:- 60.5cm Width:- 53.5cm Depth:- 40cm

This small bedside table, in solid and plated walnut, opens with a drawer, with a triple movement facade, with chrome handle shaped with concave facets.
This piece of furniture also includes a niche below and above this drawer as well as a small side shelf.
The whole rests on a protruding and molded base.
The top is tackled and arranged with an open book central joint.
This small bedside table of small and atypical shape will easily find its place near a bed or at the end of a sofa for example.

Mid 20Th Century Nightstand or Bedside Wood Table with One Drawer
Wooden bedside table or nightstand, from the mid-20th century, with a drawer and iron handle.
Its four turned legs are joined by a stretcher.

Bedside table/small bureau designed in the 1960s by the great furniture guru Johannes Andersen for CFC Silkeborg in Denmark.

The bedside table is teak and has two drawers in the front. The drawers have thin, soft handles that are softly shaped. Around the front there is a softly scalloped edge in a darker shade that provides a nice contrast. The soft expression is enhanced by the convex shaped short sides which give a soft and “bulky” expression. There are absolutely no sharp corners or angles on the furniture.

The table stands on round high legs that taper downwards and the legs are easy to dismantle during transport.

The table is very well made and has the extremely high quality as always with Johannes Andersen’s furniture.

These are very good looking well-made and decorative pieces, the tops have rich warm walnut which glows in the right light. They can be used as side tables / dwarf open bookcases in a sitting room context, or nightstands / bedside tables in the bedroom We have cleaned waxed and polished them from top to bottom, there will be normal age and use related patina marks here and there from genuine age and honest use.
