These techniques are a refreshing look at historic Venetian glass working methods through a turn of the 20th-century lens. While not much is written about the workshop of Francesco Ferro, he married a member of the illustrious Muranese glassmaking family Toso. This, along with the high level of skill in combining murrines and aventurine, indicates that he was active in the promotion of new technological accomplishments in Venetian glass.
In our studio, we collect exciting pieces, mainly from the European period of the 1930s-1970s. We love bohemian and special pieces. We refurbish the furniture, always using classic craft techniques. During the renovation, we choose a textile from which we make only one piece. In this way, we make furniture of which there is guaranteed to be one. If you like any of our items, ask for a quote on shipping and we’ll try to find the best price, depending on size and country. All our products are sent in very careful packaging.
